Jacketing Line Helper

• Day Shift
  Claremont, NC | $17/hr starting | 6:45 AM
• 7:00 PM Rotating Schedule

This entry-level role supports the production team responsible for applying the protective outer layer to fiber optic cable.

What You’ll Do:

Assist machine operators on the jacketing line
Load and unload cable reels and materials
Help monitor the line to ensure smooth, continuous operation
Perform general labor tasks like cleaning, organizing, and staging materials
Follow all safety guidelines and communicate with your team throughout the shift

Schedule:

Day Shift:

6:45 AM

• 7:00 PM

Rotating Schedule:

3 days one week, 4 days the next

• every other weekend off
  What You Need to

Bring:

High school diploma or GED
Reliable attendance and a strong work history
Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
A willingness to learn and a strong team mindset
