Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator with experience in hardwood furniture manufacturing . The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating specialized woodworking machinery and have a strong understanding of frame construction processes. You will play a vital role in producing high-quality hardwood frames used in furniture manufacturing.

Shift:

1st: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain any of the following machines: Double end trim & bore machine. Richardson Trim & bore machine. Mitre Box. Spindle Carver Cemco Machine Read and interpret work orders and blueprints Measure, cut, drill, and sand hardwood parts to precise specifications Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure quality standards are met Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Maintain a clean and safe working environment Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a woodworking or furniture manufacturing environment Proficient in operating the listed machinery (or similar woodworking machines) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude Knowledge of sanding techniques and surface preparation #
