Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in operating packaging machinery Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, sterile environment. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (required). 1-3 years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing role. Lead experience with a team.
