laser operator in Shelby, NC! Monday-Thursday 4:30pm

• 3:00am ( 4 days / 10 hours)

Pay Rate:

$20

• $21 per hour depending on experience

MUST HAVE LASER OPERATOR EXPERIENCE MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT 6

30am

• 5:00pm

Duties:

• Operate laser cutting machines to fabricate sheet metal parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the correct dimensions and tolerances for each part
• Use cranes and other equipment to load and unload materials onto the laser cutting machine
• Utilize hand tools, such as micrometers and calipers, to measure and inspect parts for accuracy
• Assemble finished parts as required
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure that parts meet the required standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating laser cutting machines is preferred, but not required
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Familiarity with using cranes and other equipment for material handling
• Knowledge of hand tools, such as micrometers and calipers, for precision measuring
• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections on finished parts
