• Set up and operate folder gluer equipment (e.g., Signature or similar machines
• Follow job specs and instructions to ensure proper machine setup and quality output
• Monitor the gluing process and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting issues
• Conduct quality checks during production to meet company standards
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Qualifications
• Previous experience operating folder gluer machines required
• Solid mechanical skills and comfort working with machinery
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexible and open to working different shifts as neede
