Job Description Preferred Experience CNC Operating Lathe Operating MIG Welding Laser Operator Press Brake Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications
• Set up and load materials onto the machine
• Monitor the machine during operation to ensure quality control
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using calipers to .005 of an inch accuracy.
• Assemble and weld components as required
• Use hand tools and other equipment to complete tasks (deburring edges of cut materials, re-tapping and reaming holes after powder coating)
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Skills:

• Proficiency in operating machines
• Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar software for programming
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with materials handling and tooling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues This is a full-time position in a warehouse environment.
