This position will be primarily for an Embroidery Machine Operator. The days will go by quickly in this fast paced, high production work environment. We are a focused team of professionals that Love our customers ! Primary duties will include all aspects of operating (3) single head Melco Amaya machines and/or 6-Head Tajima machine. Other duties include, but not limited to unboxing and sorting orders, Keep production area clean and organized. Ensuring quality control by paying attention to details, as no two jobs are the same.
HOURS:
Monday-Friday 8:30am
- 5:00 pm, with a 30 minute lunch each day, or 8am-5pm with an hour lunch (your choice)
- Must have knowledge of Embroidery machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Attention to detail is critical Attention to detale is critical
- Must have a sense of design, knowing what looks good, and what doesn’t look good… and must possess proper hooping techniques for different types of garments.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a production environment, why take three steps when you can take two
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks, and manage multiple jobs at the same time
- Must be a team player, helping others as needed, be a self starter, and look for opportunities to increase efficiency and production output, time = money
- Must meet daily production goals
- Must have a strong work ethic, be on time, and be focused
- Must be able to think outside of the box, be teachable, trainable, and learn new ways of doing things.

ITEMS OF FOCUS WILL BE ABILITY TO HOOP DIFFERENT TYPES OF ITEMS CORRECTLY, EFFICIENTLY, ABILITY TO KEEP MACHINE RUNNING, ATTENTION TO DETAILS, AND OVERALL PROFICIENCY, AS WELL AS TO DETERMINE FIT FOR BOTH PARTIES
