Role:

As a Machine Operator in the Corrugated Display Manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and safely. Your primary responsibility will be to set up, operate, and maintain our Barberan Digital Printer, to produce high-quality products. You will also be responsible for monitoring the production, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance and minimize downtime. Attention to detail is essential, as you will be required to perform quality checks and ensure that all products meet industry standards. Ultimately, your work will contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing process and the satisfaction of our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with production machinery and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with digital print operations or related field. Experience with lean manufacturing principles. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate a Barberan Digital Printer machine. Monitor machinery during operation to ensure optimal performance and make adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to prevent breakdowns. Conduct quality checks on finished products. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Skills:

The required skills for this position, such as operating print machinery and press machines, will be utilized daily to ensure the smooth flow of production. Proficiency in using various computer software systems will be essential. Attention to detail is critical when performing quality checks on products. Additionally, familiarity with production machinery will enable you to troubleshoot issues quickly, minimizing downtime. Preferred skills, such as knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, will enhance your ability to contribute to process improvements and overall operational efficiency. Second shift (3pm -11pm), 5-day per week minimum Second shift-40 hours per week
