Material Handler/Fabric Marker The Company:
Bradington-Young is a division of Hooker Furnishings Corporation. Hooker Furnishings, in its 101st year of business, is a designer, marketer and importer of case goods (wooden and metal furniture), leather furniture and fabric-upholstered furniture for the residential, hospitality and contract markets.

The Position:
We are looking for a dependable individual with a great attitude and dedication to teamwork to join our team as a Leather and Fabric Marker in our Cherryville, NC location.
This individual will:
Lay out fabric on marking table.
Use chalk to mark fabric accordingly for cutting.
Read and understand diagrams indicating marking patterns.
Use basic hand tools to complete marking process. Candidates that will be a great fit will: Have previous manufacturing experience (not required)
Be able to stand and move around 8-9 hours a day and work independently.
Be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. This is a very physical job.

Monday-Thursday 7:00 – 4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 – 11:00 am (if needed)
Pay:
