Verify scheduling of home at least 1.5 weeks prior to builders request date b . Verify selections (with builder) and job orders placed prior to start are correct c . Verify all trades are completed on house to include exterior flaws d . Verify material and applicable delivery date e . Perform pre-construction walk with Installers to go over all job details and OSHA compliance f . Measure all applicable items i.e. Crawl doors, pediments, columns, etc. as needed g . Request accessories from Mill Work h . Schedule Installer i . Update CHE Portal

CONSTRUCTION

1-Maintaining started jobs a. Perform OSHA inspection upon arrival to ongoing jobsite b. Verify installation is being performed per Manufacturer’s Installation Manual to include caulk/paint as needed c. Verify installation is per plan/builder scope by utilizing spec sheets created by the estimating team. d. Make sure all job sites are clean and orderly daily i.e. Material stacked neatly in designated areas e. Fill out CHE quality form f. Notify builder of any schedule changes due to Installers or material, update CHE Portal if needed

VPO PROCESS-FILL IN ORDERS

1-Requests of VPO’s as needed a. Compile a list of needed items with lot information, supplier, and reason for request b. Contact Purchasing Coordinator c. Have Purchasing Coordinator enter a purchase order for needed items giving her/him all information as to who, what, where and why

ADDITIONAL WORK VPO PROCESS

1-Getting paid for addition work outside of the standard installation (See VPO process) a. Know what your builder requirements are and follow the process b. Email information requested per VPO process c. Coordinate repair based on work order receipt d. Approve work order for payment upon completion

POST CONSTRUCTION

1-Completion of job a. Complete CHE Quality Form b. Walk house with builder upon completion whenever able, verify all items are completed per plan/scope and installation guidelines c. Note any items that need to be corrected d. Contact appropriate Installer to correct items within 24 hours, if not completed have someone else fix and back charge original Installer e. Verify all returns have been made and jobsite is clean f. Update CHE Portal g. Turn in CHE Quality Form to Operations Team Leader

PRE-CLOSING REPAIRS

1-Repairs of items after final walk a. Determine cause of repair needed i.e. Trade damage, installation damage/error b. For trade damage refer to the VPO process c. For installation damage/error contact appropriate Installer, request repair be done within 24 hours. If repairs are not completed back charge the Installer initially contacted and paid another Installer to complete. Back charge material cost as needed d. Inform builder upon completion

GENERAL DUTIES

1-Follow all

requirements as trained, ensuring all CHE personnel are in compliance. If unsure contact your Field Production Team Leader 2-Document all OSHA violations on appropriate form with corresponding fines, to include pictures of the violation. 3-Continually train Installers to CHE standards 4-Maintain a professional relationship with builders, always treating them with respect. Conflicts should be directed to your Field Production Team Leader 5-Follow the inventory process 6-Review and update CHE Portal daily Leadership Responsibilities Access other Field Operation Leaders Buildertrend daily to ensure that it is accurate and updated. Help Field Operation Leaders to resolve issues that arise in the field as well as be the builder’s first point of contact, to aid in correcting any issues that may arise. To receive and maintain all weekly reports from VP of Construction and provide answers to any issues that may arise regarding the reports. Reports in reference are as follows but not limited to Status 3 with Cost, Status 4 Not Complete and Open VPO reports as well as the 100% Complete reports. Be the first point of contact regarding finding Labor within your market when Field Operation Leaders are short labor. Provide written Q1-Q4 reviews for the Field Operation Leaders in your market to be turned into VP of construction to use as a reference in annual reviews. One on one mentoring with Field Operation Leaders in your market to help to grow and better master their roles. To be the safety coordinator within your market and be responsible for making sure all Safety and Quality Forms are filled out for every job and any safety violations are documented and abated as soon as possible. To walk 100% houses within your area to check and maintain the quality that Custom Home Exteriors expects on every home as well as address issues with Field Operations Leaders within your market.

VEHICLE USE/MAINTENANCE

Obey all traffic laws and established transportation procedures, i.e. no cell phone usage while driving etc. Follow all CHE Vehicle use policies per CHE Handbook b. Check vehicle daily for proper operation of all lights and tires b. Clean vehicle 2 times a month inside and out c. Maintain proper oil changes, tire changes, alignments, and filter changes every 5000 miles as specified in the operating manual for the vehicle.
