Responsibilities:

• Must be able to or willing to learn how to read a tape measure to a 1/32″ accurately and repeatedly
• Must be able to be on concrete for 10hr shifts, 4-5 days in a row.
• Using power tools accurately. and safely including but not limited to screw guns, chop saw, table saw, and cutting shears.
• Must be able to be taught fine woodworking skills needed and specific for our line of work. ~ !!! This IS NOT a framing job !!! ~
• Must be able to follow “drawings/plans” with images and measurements independently and accurately.
• Must be able to lift upto 45# independently and safely.

Qualifications:

• A Good Attitude & Positive Outlook
• Experience not needed, we can teach you as long as you are ready and willing to learn!
• Physical stamina to perform some heavy lifting and

manual labor on the concrete shop floor or outside. Regular shop hours are M-Th, 6am-430pm and mandatory overtime on 3/4 Fridays per month. We do not tolerate…

• Calling in “sick” repeatedly, especially on Mondays
• Being late
• Unwillingness to learn and try to improve
• Consistantly requesting time off especially with short or no notice.
• Bad Attitudes.
