Temporary to Full-time A local Oxford, NC company is searching for a well experienced Spooling/Machine Operator. Daily duties include set up and monitoring machine performance, inspecting product as it is being produced, Perform QA checks, This is a well-established international company. Looking for a team orientated member with a mindset to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate spooling machines to ensure efficient production. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality standards. Inspect spooled materials for defects and ensure consistency in winding. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with production teams to meet output goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 Experience in textile manufacturing or machine operation preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance.

Physical Requirements:

Standing, bending, reaching, grasping, visualizing, reaching continuously through out the shift Lifting up 50 lbs frequently

Pay:

$18.00 /

Hour Schedule:

Night, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am 12 Hour Shifts, Every Other Weekend Required Ways to
