Batcher/Compounder:
Responsible for producing batches and sampling of raw materials on a daily basis. Hands on personnel; for weighing, batching and sampling. This position will be responsible for ensuring batching; weighing and sampling areas are setup and operating to maintain efficiency, quality and safety. Job Requirements for
Batcher/Compounder:
Required candidate skills include but are not limited to:
Follow production schedule, pull and staged BO’s. Verify materials.
Batching/Weighing/sampling of materials using the scales and balances.
Understanding and adhering to safety procedures associated with handling raw materials.
Mixing chemical/bulk as per instructions. Report production counts and weights accurately. Ensure that all documents are completed fully and accurately for each Batch Order.
