Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Work with blueprints, changes, specifications, work orders, and related documents to assemble and install parts and assemblies to quality standards. Complete required data-gathering transactions to support assembly progression. Set up and perform all manual and automated assembly operations, including portable machine functions necessary to complete assignments. Perform pickup, rework, fabrication, change incorporation, functional testing, or checks during or after final assembly and/or assembly progression. Retrieve and move correct parts, materials, tools, assemblies, and other necessary items. Use precision measuring instruments to complete assigned work accurately. Report and investigate job issues such as errors in parts, assembly procedures, tools, or sequences. Perform routine minor machine maintenance as part of daily duties (e.g., replacing machine filters, changing standard light bulbs, maintaining lubrication or coolant levels) as related to Total Preventative Maintenance. Routinely move product within the immediate manufacturing area using assigned equipment and complete necessary transactions to move product to the next operation; occasionally move product to the next operation within a building. Support continuous product flow within manufacturing by training, coaching, and assisting employees at all levels. Document any discrepancies following specifications, processes, and procedures. Cross-train in inspection and obtain SIA qualification. Additionally, employees may be asked occasionally to perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Training and certification will be provided for any additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Must have aircraft exoerience Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
