AD Machine Operator 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Charlotte, NC 28262 Commercial Employees is now hiring a Machine Operator in the Charlotte area to help create cutting-edge, bulletproof materials used in aerospace, defense, energy, and protective gear. Schedule:
2-2-3 rotating schedule (every other weekend off!) 12-hour shifts: 7AM to 7PM during 90-day training Switch to 7PM to 7AM after training $21.37hr.
Machine Operator Role:
Start up, run, clean, and shut down machines following safety procedures Input production & quality data using basic computer skills Inspect products during runs to ensure top-tier quality Use hoists, pallet jacks, and other tools to move materials Label, package, and prep finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and safe work area using 5S and lean practices
Machine Operator Requirements:
High school diploma or GED 2+ consecutive years of machine operation experience Comfortable with basic tech/data entry and reading measurements Must pass a background check and drug screen Able to lift to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods Willing and able to work 12-hour shifts and occasional overtime • Commercial Employees is a veteran-led staffing firm with 7 Pittsburgh offices and 2 in Charleston.
