Job Summary:

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining multi-head embroidery machines to produce decorated apparel and accessories. You’ll ensure each job meets our high-quality standards and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial embroidery machines (Tajima)
• Load and hoop garments correctly for stitching
• Read and interpret work orders, design sheets, and thread color charts
• Thread needles and program machine settings as required
• Perform regular machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, tension adjustments)
• Diagnose and resolve machine issues as they occur
• Inspect completed products for accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Work with the production team to meet daily quotas and deadlines
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating industrial embroidery machines is required
• Understanding of digitized embroidery files and machine control panels
• Familiarity with thread types, stabilizers, and hooping techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Principals only.
