Machine Operator 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 14001 South Lakes Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273 Summary As a Machine Operator, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in production. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your core skills in blueprint reading, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers will be essential.

Responsibilities:

• Hand fitting of parts and components
• Visual and dimensional inspection of components and finished goods
• Ability to read blueprints and use gauges efficiently
• Familiarity with torque gauges is a plus
• Demonstrate mechanical ability and use of hand tools
• Working knowledge of general dimensioning and tolerances
• Proficient use of micrometers, calipers and other measuring equipment
• Ability to adhere to safety policies and work instructions Qualifications High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing enviornment
• Excellent math skills, problem solving ability
• Ability to read/interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating instructions, and drawings
• Ability to pass required assessments
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
