The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment. Duties Machine setup according to specified production instructions Independent assurance of quality requirements careful observation of running production in order to detect malfunctions at an early stage corrections of minor malfunctions and support for major repairs maintaining order and cleanliness of the workplace, as well as care of technical equipment, machines and systems for safety and quality reasons packing and documentation of the goods according to the applicable requirements shift handover Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery. Familiarity with programming CNC machines is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in materials handling and assembly processes is advantageous. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
