Machine Operator Confidential Huntersville, NC 28078 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of tooling, precision measuring instruments, and materials handling, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities Operate various types of machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure product quality meets specifications. Package finished products according to company standards for shipment or storage. Maintain an organized workspace in the warehouse, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct basic math calculations for measurements and material requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of tooling, hand tools, logic controllers, and materials handling processes. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and basic math skills for accurate measurements. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
