Machine Operator 2nd & 3rd Huntersville Elite Resources Premier Staffing Huntersville, NC 28078 Job Summary Elite Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join a leading manufacturer of textile reinforcements for lightweight construction company located in Huntersville, NC. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality technical fabrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Must have two years Manufacturing Experience! Operate and monitor machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards Set up machines according to production specifications Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime Conduct quality checks to ensure product consistency and accuracy Keep accurate production records and complete necessary reports Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or textiles preferred Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and measurements Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
