Temp-to-Hire Job Overview We are currently hiring a Digital Press Technician to join our production team. This role involves operating digital press equipment, ensuring print quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined, computer literate, and have strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing equipment Inspect output for accuracy and make adjustments as needed Troubleshoot and maintain press machinery Complete production documentation accurately Follow safety standards and keep a clean work area Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least one year of experience in press operation or warehouse roles Basic computer skills required Strong attention to detail and quality standards Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic math Willingness to work occasional Fridays as needed Job Highlights 4-day work week with long weekends Paid 30-minute lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks (on-site required) Overtime Available No weekend shifts Opportunities for advancement Supportive, team-oriented environment Overtime available when needed
