Shift:

2nd Shift – 4:00 PM- 2:15 AM, Monday-Thursday Duties Operate milling machines and other manufacturing equipment according to established procedures. Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate components accurately. Utilize calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications are met. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed. Package finished products for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Proficiency in blueprint reading is essential for interpreting technical drawings. Familiarity with Fanuc or similar CNC machinery is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to machine operation.
