Qualifications:

Excellent diving record. 2+ years of experience in home services or leadership roles. 2+ years experience working with 32 ft ladders is a must. Ability to work with ladders, and comfortable with heights is a must. Able to do physical work including bending, lifting, and handling tools for extended periods of time. Experience power washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and Christmas lights installation is. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Friendly personality and committed to great customer service. A strong work ethic and highly dependable. Driver’s license and clean driving history Demonstrable proficiency with Google Suite programs such as calendar, drive, sheets, gmail and google docs. Responsibilities The overall strategic intent of this role is to place an entry-level leader into the organization to be accountable for the operations, sales, marketing, and customer experience of the business to ultimately allow the General manager to work on growing the business through strategic planning and execution and leading their leaders. Leader with previous operational management experience with a proven goal setting and execution background. Sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Produce detailing and lights installation jobs: Completing window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and Christmas light installation Providing on site estimates for new and existing customers. Distribute lawn signs in targeted areas. Hang door hangers in targeted neighborhoods during slower times. Setting up kiosks and helping brand awareness during events and vendor visits. Leading up to 4 people, divided into small teams. Working with operations teams to ensure customer and business expectations are being met. Coordinating and performance coaching members of your team. Driving our incredible team culture through competitions, social events and team recognition. Organizing, managing and maintaining equipment, our fleet of 3 Vehicles , pressure washers and other light equipment. alongside operations teams to help develop their skills and productivity. Work directly alongside the Operations and Sales Manager to drive a healthy performance culture and business growth. Provide solutions to problems, broken systems and personnel conflicts. Ensure compliance of occupational safety standards, uniform standards, van cleanliness and excellent quality of work.
