Plastic Extruder Operator 2 shifts – 6p-6am M-Th and F/S/S 6a-6pm work 36 hours paid for 40 Mosack Manufacturing Mint Hill, NC 28227 Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plastic Extruder Operator to join our team in Mint Hill, NC. If you have a passion for plastic manufacturing and possess hands-on experience with both extrusion and injection molding processes, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production line, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while maintaining efficient operations. Responsibilities Operate and monitor extrusion and injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products. Set up and adjust tools, dies, and molds for production runs. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and products to ensure compliance with specifications. Perform routine maintenance on extrusion and injection molding equipment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in plastic extrusion and injection molding processes. Hands-on experience with tool, die, and mold setup. Familiarity with operating extrusion and injection molding machines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in plastics manufacturing is a plus.
