What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor converting equipment: rewinders, wrappers,packers, palletizers
• Keep machines running smoothly with routine adjustments, materialchanges, and part replacements
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventivemaintenance
• Monitor product quality and minimize material waste
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-moving productionenvironment

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of steady work history
• Experience in manufacturing (bonus if you’ve worked inpaper/tissue)
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, weekends & holidays
• Able to lift 40+ lbs, work around machinery, and use industrialtools
• Familiarity with Siemens HMI or other machine control systems isa plus

Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts, averaging 36-48 hours per week. Overtimeavailable.
