We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently and producing quality products
- Set up machines according to specifications and adjust settings as needed
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- Previous 2 years’ experience as a Machine Operator.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Adaptable to stand in one spot for long periods of time
- Comfortable working around fiberglass
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
