Coating Operator- Nights 7pm-7am $1.50 shift premium

Summary:

Responsible for setting up and operating machinery and equipment to coat products with specified materials or solution(s). Responsibilities Conform to all safety guidelines and procedures Operate equipment according to SOP and specifications provided Select appropriate coating and/or solution Regulate conveyor speeds, machine temperature, air pressure, circulation flow and coatings to material(s) Roll dip tank into place; thread tank; remove any material left after draining tank Responsible for making precise adjustments to machine controls Consistently check material to ensure in-depth quality measures Assist in weekly preventative maintenance and cleanings Perform barcode functions, as necessary Must have ability to operate tugger and forklift Sustain housekeeping guidelines Must be able to be fit for a respirator All other duties, as assigned Skills Attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Problem analysis and solving competencies Team oriented
