Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring Manufacturing & Machine Operators for multiple full-time opportunities across all shifts . These temp-to-hire positions offer a chance to join leading manufacturing facilities with hands-on training, advancement potential, and a supportive work environment.

Shifts:

1st, 2nd, and 12-hour rotating shifts available

Operate, load, and unload various manufacturing machines such as injection molders, presses, and cutters Trim, inspect, pack, and label products according to documented work instructions Use hand tools and cutting instruments (e.g., clippers, knives) to complete part preparation Monitor machine operation, complete required documentation, and follow supervisor instructions Perform routine manufacturing tasks including chemical handling, roll flagging, and equipment cleaning Assist in assembly and quality control, identifying defects and ensuring adherence to acceptance criteria

Job Skills and Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable with physical movements such as standing, bending, kneeling, and gripping Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required – on-the-job training provided Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Ability to read, follow, and interpret safety and production instructions Interested?
