Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong machine operation experience to join our team. This dual-role position supports production by operating precision equipment and ensuring machinery is maintained for optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.) for aerospace part production Load raw materials, monitor machine operations, and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to specifications Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Maintain process efficiency and part quality by adjusting machine parameters as needed Record production data accurately for traceability and quality control Maintenance Duties Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of production equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Maintain detailed maintenance logs in compliance with internal procedures and safety standards Partner with engineering and quality teams to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols during maintenance activities

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred Minimum of 3 years’ experience in machine operation and/or industrial maintenance, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Familiarity with CNC machines and industrial equipment maintenance Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures

Preferred Skills:

Experience in AS9100 or ISO 9001-certified manufacturing environments Familiarity with ERP systems and maintenance software (CMMS) Basic understanding of PLC diagnostics and programming

Work Environment:
