Key Responsibilities:

Set up the

Equipment:

Prepare and set up extrusion machinery. Load materials adjust machine settings and configure dies or molds to meet specs. Operate the

Machine:

initiate the process, monitor the machine parameters and make adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiencies. Operate forklift to bring over appropriate materials as indicated on the work order

Quality Control:

conduct QC checks on products at regular intervals, visually inspecting for defects, variations and deviations from the specs and make corrective action as needed Record the production output on tablet

Qualifications:

Understand flat sheet dye extrusion Poly Propylene experience Have worked with Plastic Fabric Adhesions 2 years Plastic Extrusion Experience Be able to lift 35-50lbs routinely #3071
