As a Bindery Operator, you will be part of the Bindery Department supporting the Personalization, Affixing, Fulfillment, and Shipping teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Schedule:
3:30pm-11:30pm or 11:30pm-7:30am (This may move to a 12 hour shift if business need requires) What’s the Job? Operate all Bindery equipment and follow procedures as outlined on job tickets. Maintain workflow to meet due dates and troubleshoot problem areas. Load and operate various machines including Cutter, Folder, and Shrink-wrap machines. Report daily production and consumption of materials effectively. Communicate issues with orders and equipment to ensure smooth operations. What’s Needed? High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Three to five years of related Bindery experience preferred. Basic computer skills and data entry experience. Ability to read a ruler and demonstrate intermediate math skills.
