  What’s the Job?

Oversee team members assigned to your line to ensure adherence to company procedures and safety guidelines.
Provide on-the-job training for new employees and foster a positive work environment.
Lead daily startup meetings and technical discussions to enhance team performance.
Monitor machine operations, adjust parameters, and ensure consistent production quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.

Prior extrusion experience
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Effective communication skills to report on production and safety matters.
