- Responsibilities for a Process Operator include but are not limited to:
- + Operate, clean, troubleshoot, and set up production equipment according to strict safety and quality guidelines.
+ Perform basic data entry, record production results, and inspect product quality. + Monitor equipment and escalate any quality or operational issues. + Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S and performance management. + Comply with all regulatory, OSHA, and internal manufacturing standards.
- Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- + High School Diploma or GED required. + 1+ year of manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. + Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods. + Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and basic computer skills.
