The Greer Group is hiring 2nd shift machine operators for ourManufacturing client located on the outskirts of Raleigh, NC! Thisis a temp to hire position. If you’re looking for a stable rolewith a strong work-life balance and the potential to increase yourearnings, this could be the right opportunity for you. For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will berequired to be a successful applicant, read on. Hours are 6:00 pm-6:00 am (Monday-Thursday). Possible OT onFridays!
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate production equipment such as winders, ovens,kneaders, and other machinery according to detailedspecifications. Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet allfunctional, cosmetic, and quality standards. Maintain efficiency and ensure smooth workflow while followingsafety protocols. Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean. Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
At least one year of experience in machine operation,material handling, or a similar production role is preferred, buton-the-job training is available.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods, performrepetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Shift Availability:
