CNC Setup Technician

• 27/hr + $1 Shift Differential
  Adecco is currently recruiting for a CNC Setup Technician on behalf of a leading manufacturing partner in the Raleigh, NC area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity on the night shift (7 PM
• 7 AM), offering hands-on responsibility in a fast-paced CNC environment with strong long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead part changeovers in the CNC department
Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines with light to moderate issues
Perform quality checks on machined parts
Edit programs andmunicate changes to supervisors
Set up and align machineponents (turret, loader points, grinding wheels)
Adjust patterns based on Met Lab results and document appropriately
Support operator training and assist supervisors as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Certificate or associate degree in a technical field preferred
Experience in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude; programming experience a plus
Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

$22

• 27 per hour based on experience
  Additional $1/hour shift differential
  7 PM
• 7 AM schedule
