Base Pay @ $18.63 (WG3) + $3.50 Shift Differential What’s the Job? Perform typical machine shop and press operations. Operate a press production, braid winding, lathe, or crimping machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing drawings. Accurately record the number of parts produced, both good and scrap. Utilize hand tools such as handheld screwdrivers and drill guns while maintaining safety and quality standards. What’s Needed? Ability to read and interpret measuring devices and basic blueprints. Machine Operator experience preferred but not required. Basic reading and math skills. Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
