Shift:
Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM + Weekly paycheck +
Pay:
$22.13/hour + $3.50 shift differential + $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days (based on attendance/performance) + Temp-to-hire opportunity + Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses

Responsibilities:
- + Operate machinery such as presses, lathe, braid winding or crimping machines + Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions + Perform quality checks and report defects + Use hand tools including drills and screwdrivers + Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot simple issues + Maintain safety, cleanliness, and production standards

Requirements:
- + Machine operator experience preferred + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks + Must speak and understand English + Basic math and reading skills + Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices + Good attendance and team collaboration This role is being recruited for by our Centralized Delivery Team, not your local branch.
