Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Operate various machines and equipment to assist with manufacturing processes.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the work area.
Accurately record production data and report any defects or issues.
What’s Needed?
Ability to read and interpret measuring devices.
Basic math skills and familiarity with machine operation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
Capability to use basic hand tools effectively.
Willingness to maintain safety standards and report hazards.
