Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

Base Pay $18.00 with a 2nd Shift Differential of $3.00/hr
What’s the Job?
Operate various machines and equipment to assist with manufacturing tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
Maintain accurate records of production output and report any defects.
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or accidents to management.
What’s Needed?
Ability to read and interpret measuring devices.
Previous machine operator experience is preferred.
Basic reading and math skills.
Ability to follow directions and use basic hand tools.
Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
