As a Plating Technician I, you will be part of the production department supporting the metal finishing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of chemistry, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Operate assigned equipment for metal finishing operations.
Load and unload parts for processing, ensuring quality control throughout.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and monitor solution temperatures.
Document daily production logs and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
Perform general utility work and assist with chemical handling and maintenance.
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or GED; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
Basic understanding of chemistry and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
Physical capability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
