Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Plating Technician I to join their team. As a Plating Technician I, you will be part of the production department supporting the metal finishing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow procedures, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Load and unload tote pans of parts, ensuring proper handling and processing.
Maintain cleanliness of tanks and work areas while monitoring solution temperatures.
Physically inspect processed parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Document daily production logs and assist with chemical handling as needed.
Perform troubleshooting for simple to moderate problems related to processing.
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or GED; equivalent experience or training is acceptable.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
Basic mathematical skills for measuring and calculating rates and percentages.
Understanding of chemistry as it applies to metal finishing processes.
Physical ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly.
