Utilize various finishing tools such as grinders, belts, and deburring tools to achieve desired specifications. Interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure a complete understanding of part requirements. Inspect parts visually for defects and measure dimensions using precision tools like micrometers and calipers. Maintain proper documentation and report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors. Qualifications of the

Machine Finishing Operator:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with metal components. Ability to read blueprints and work instructions effectively. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance. Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
