Machine Operator – Entry Level
Nashua, NH Temporary $20.00 – $20.00/hr Onsite Job Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our clients 2nd shift team. This role focuses on loading and unloading parts and operating a deburring machine to remove burrs and sharp edges from metal components. No prior experience is required, but manufacturing experience is a plus.

Location:

Nashua, NH Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00

AM Pay Rate:

$19.80 – $20.00 per hour

Requirements:

Background check, drug test, steel toe shoes require

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload parts into the deburring machine.
Operate deburring equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect parts for quality after deburring.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
Manual dexterity to handle small parts and machinery.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing plant environment with moderate noise levels.
Exposure to metal particles and machinery.
