Job Description
Summary Responsible for processing all printing requests (including for Covenant affiliates) including prepress (Graphic Design), printing and delivery of orders – billing the departments as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry. + Printing jobs for all of Nashua as well as for Covenant as ordered. + Works with forms committee for form management, including for Epic downtime + Take inventory, as appropriate. + Orders supplies for printshop. + Sort mail both incoming and outgoing. + Add postage, as appropriate. + Designs, maintains and prints forms, brochures, stationary, duplicate, triplicate forms. + Process all incoming and outgoing mail in the mailroom including sorting/posting. + Cross trained to Warehouse as Central Supply Tech and Receiving as Materials Handler. + Provides IT support for computer equipment within department. + Operate and repair all printing press equipment and postal equipment. + Other duties as consistent with this role. Job Requirements Job Knowledge and Skills + Printer experience preferred including equipment maintenance and repair Education and Experience + High school diploma or GED preferred An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements. Working Conditions/Physical Demands Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with this position that involves a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching. Occasional lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. Some stress related to high level of responsibility for quality care.
