Inspect in process components using calibrated measuring instrumentation. Materials are of polymer/plastic sheets that must be removed from calibrated batch ovens and placed into forming machine. The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet’s principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics. Principle Responsibilities Ability to measure thickness and identify color of material. (Ultem/Radel and others) Ability to recognize proper sag time and engage forming cycle. Ability to recognize cosmetic defects and functional problems with configuration. Place parts in stacks on designated rolling racks. Record transactions in an accurate and timely manner. Put away molds Rack and load in oven Rough and finish trim excess off molds Inspecting molds from oven All other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements Credentials/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months related experience
