Entry Level Machine Operator Position Available In Merrimack, New Hampshire

Entry Level Machine Operator parker mountain machine 32 Library St, Allenstown, NH 03275 We are seeking a Full-Time Entry-Level Machine Shop Position to join our team! You will operate a variety of machines and mechanical instruments.

Responsibilities:

Operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments Modify parts and materials to improve overall production Test completed equipment to detect and remove defects Perform routine maintenance on machinery Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in machinery or other related fields Familiarity machine tools and equipment Strong analytical and mathematical skills Strong attention to detail It is important to note: the Position at PMM is contingent upon your abilities to adapt to the roles required in the understanding of the needs and requirements of an operator” position on the machine shop floor here at PMM. This means dealing with any and all Shop maintenance routines & Service as well as expanding your role into a more suitable and needed position, I.E. Laser engraving of parts (running laser) the use of Solid works and HSM works, part QC, packaging and staging of Part kits etc. 3 month initial performance evaluation conducted from the date of hire, comprehensive performance evaluation conducted at 6 months, Both which will be heavily focused on your understanding and abilities to execute task requirements at PMM. 40 hour work week (Overtime is not required at this time.) 1 week paid vacation after 6 Months 3 paid sick day yearly.
