DO WE NEED YOU?
The Process Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining plasma reactors and related equipment to produce high-quality dissociated zircon safely. Key duties include identifying and screening zircon sand, transferring and processing it through plasma reactors, and ensuring safe and efficient reactor operation. The operator will also replace carbon graphite, monitor cooling systems, maintain filtration systems, and handle the final product. Additional responsibilities include maintaining data logs, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to safety regulations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
AND TRAINING TIME
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent experience. General manufacturing skills such as blueprint reading, intermediate math skills (measure in standard and metrics using various measuring devices such as calipers, measuring tapes, micrometers, measuring tools) and basic computers skills are preferred. This position requires up to 3 months’ work experience to become proficient in most phases of the job to work independently.
