Sunday-Tuesday, 6 AM-6 PM / Wednesday, 6 AM-12 PM 2nd
Shift:
Sunday-Wednesday, 6 PM-6 AM / Thursday, 12 AM-6 AM 3rd
Shift:
Wednesday, 12 PM-6 PM / Thursday-Saturday, 6 AM-6 PM 4th
Shift:
Wednesday (starting Thursday), 12 AM-6 AM / Thursday-Saturday, 6 PM-6
AM What You’ll Do:
Operate Coating Machinery :
Set up and run machines (including silicone coaters) to apply precise coatings to flat films.
Ensure Product Quality :
Perform regular checks to verify film thickness, consistency, and coating quality-make adjustments as needed.
Manage Materials :
Weigh, load, and feed materials into machines with care and accuracy.
Support Smooth Production :
Monitor pumps and auxiliary systems to ensure seamless coating operations.
Keep Equipment Running Smoothly :
Handle routine cleaning and maintenance of machines, rollers, and trays. Document the
Process :
Record machine settings, performance, and any issues using standard protocols. Partner with
QA :
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to test both raw materials and finished products.
Promote Safety :
Follow strict safety and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, secure workspace.
What You Bring:
Technical Know-How :
Experience with industrial coating or similar machinery is preferred. Attention to
Detail :
You’re skilled at monitoring equipment and catching issues before they become problems.
Hands-On Experience :
Comfortable lifting materials and standing for long periods in a production environment.
Team Player Attitude :
