In-person interview at the facility Position Summary We are seeking an entry-level Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Londonderry, NH . This role is perfect for candidates looking to get started in a manufacturing environment with full training provided. The Machine Operator will support daily production operations, including packaging, labeling, equipment monitoring, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. This is a temp-to-hire position with strong potential for full-time conversion based on performance, attendance, and team fit . Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment following documented procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) . Monitor equipment function and maintain operational logbooks. Report symptoms of equipment failure to technicians or supervisors. Handle and segregate materials, maintaining accurate lot and receiving number records. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety rules and GMP regulations . Accept full accountability for product quality. Accurately document work-in-process, inventory levels , and other required data. Support material handling tasks; no forklift or power jack operation required . Participate in training and demonstrate consistent progress in learning job duties. Assist with labeling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment.

Ideal Candidate Profile Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds Willingness to wear required PPE (safety glasses, hair net, gloves) Own steel or composite-toe boots/shoes Strong punctuality and excellent attendance Basic computer skills for training and documentation Effective communication skills in English Demonstrated reliability and positive attitude toward teamwork Preferred (Not Required): Prior experience in a manufacturing or bottling environment (e.g., Coca-Cola, Pepsi) Experience working on production or assembly lines Recent high school graduates with interest in long-term employment
