Job Description:

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor functions ofequipment and operate per documented procedures includingmaintaining operational logbooks
• Provide technicians withsymptoms of equipment failures, when required
• Support materialhandling as necessary
• Maintain segregation of materials and lotand or receiving numbers
• Maintain area in a clean and orderlycondition
• Adhere to and demonstrate compliance to all company anddepartment standard operating procedures including but not limitedto: GMP, device history record, hazard communication and safetyrules
• Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasksnoted above
• Accept full accountability for product quality
• Report to supervisor or management unsolved problems encounteredduring the workday
• Maintain complete and accurate records ofwork-in-process, component inventories and relative documentation
• Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the MachineOperator will ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturingequipment according to established specifications, and standardoperating procedures and work instructions.
• An operator mustdemonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs inthe assigned manufacturing area.
• He and or she must also exhibitthe ability to follow instructions of supervisor while observingthe quality of raw and finished goods before, during and afterproduction.
